Get the call report

Paginated, filterable list of outbound calls placed on the account.

POSThttps://nextgenpanelstaging.cloudshope.com/api/v1/outboundCallApis/getOutboundCallReport

Returns outbound call records, most recent first. search matches the report id (exact) or to_number / from_number / from_customer_number; filter narrows by date range, status or agent. Account-owner tokens see every call; agent tokens see only their own calls and their team's. recordsTotal is the number of rows matching the filters; recordsFiltered is the number of rows on this page.

A request body is optional — omit it (or any field) to get the first page with no filters.

Errors on this endpoint return { "success": false, "message": "…" } or { "status": …, "message": "…" }, not the standard problem shape.

Authentication

Send Authorization: Bearer <token>. Any valid API token for the account works.

`search`	string	No	Matches report id, `to_number` or `from_number`.
`filter.from_date`	string · IST date/time	No	Start of the date range, e.g. `2026-09-01 00:00:00`.
`filter.till_date`	string · IST date/time	No	End of the date range.
`filter.status`	string	No	Comma-separated statuses to include.
`filter.agent_id`	string	No	Comma-separated agent ids to include.
`filter.search_agent_ids`	string	No	Comma-separated agent ids matched together with `search`.
